Thankful in the Month of November (Day 30)

Thankful Day 30:  I am thankful for...............Well I need to tell you the background first before I tell you.  I have been a little discontent with the whole situation about moving from a large home to a guest house but then my uncle looked at my and said that "Our Lord and Saviour had no home to lay his head".  So true and this convicted me to humble myself and the situations that I may face because the Lord did everything for me.  He laid his life down for my sins and he has given me a life full of joy and happiness. 

I know that everything and every situation is not roses all the time but I have realized that the Lord wants the best for me he is my Shepherd.

I am thankful for the Lord being my Shepherd.

1 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.  2 He makes me lie down in green pastures.  He leads me beside still waters. 3 He restores my soul.  He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.  4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.  5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.  6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Psalm 23

This has been a true blessing for me to post something I am thankful for in my life each and every day of November.  I hope that all that read my blog got a blessing out of it because this has truly been a moving experience for me.  May the Lord bless you and your family.  See you in December!!!!!!!!!!!
